Yin For The Legs
Se connecter
This yin practice focuses on the legs and lower body. We hold the shapes for a few minutes, exploring the joint space and more subtle areas of the body and breath. Yin is the practice of holding shapes, with the use of props, for extended periods of time. It gives the practitioner a chance to examine the feminine side of the practice—working into joint space, connective tissue, and emotional bodies—or examining the lunar nature of your existence. As with all yoga, the poses are offered as vehicles that lead to greater insight into the potential of the body, breath and mind.
