Let’s stretch our psoas! The psoas muscle is located between the lumbar spine and the femur bone. It’s sometimes responsible for lower back pain, due to a shortening of this muscle. It’s located deep in the body so not easy to access. Hopefully this class will help you to access it and feel better.
