We are very excited to welcome new instructor Christopher! Christopher has designed this workout to strengthen and tone your whole body , elongate your muscles and help you feel lighter on your feet. You will explore some of our classic Cardio Barre style moves, along with strength work on the mat which really focuses on the upper body and core strength. Grab a chair and a mat and find a moment for yourself to have fun whilst working out, you'll finishing sweaty but smiling!
