Follow Emma for a 30 minute intense Cardio Barre class that focuses on working the arms and legs together. Working your upper and lower body at the same time is a really efficient way of working out, as we use double the energy & tone more of the body in a shorter amount of time. It is also great for improving coordination and mind-body connection.
